the check-in process was very quick. the staff members throughout the hotel were friendly. they were always ready to assist with a smile. our room had a spacious layout. the bathroom lighting was great and included a make-up mirror. the beds were comfortable. i slept very well each night.
i noticed a slight smoke smell in my room. i could not open any windows.

the staff was helpful, even helped me to park the car. they brought it directly to me which I appreciate. breakfast was really good, it had many options i liked. the location is good, close to bin hamoud metro station with food shops near.
the water in the shower was either HOT or freezing cold. the refrigerator was just a clapboard, so it did not work properly. tv channels are LIMITED, a little dissapointing.

this hotel became my favorite. the staff allowed an early check-in and late check-out. every staff member assisted with parking the car and bringing food orders. the location includes a supermarket nearby and restaurants to choose from.
i suggest installing shower stalls. this prevents the bathroom from getting excessively wet. it would improve the overall experience in the bathroom.

the rooms are super clean with nice, comfortable beds and pillows. reception and staff are great and take care of guests' needs. room cleaning is excellent and the hotel has amazing style with a good fragrance. the pool is super clean and relaxing. the breakfast had a lot of variety and the kids enjoyed it, especially the food prepared by chef nasir and chef asif.
the refrigerator works like a clapboard, so do not expect too much from it.
